我的全地形车有燃油问题。我买下了它，第一天就受到了很好的招待。14天过去了，没有任何消息，所以我打了电话。我被告知修复这个问题需要200美元左右。我想我最好把它写下来，所以我第二天就去了。给我的表格上写着295美元外加零件。我被当成是瞎编的。最后，餐厅老板查德接受了200美元的价格，但服务经理在我面前和他吵了起来。第二天，我决定把它带到一个不那么粗鲁的地方，所以我去把它捡了起来。没有人出来，所以我自己装上了我没有安全的亚视车。 I could have just left but, I went in to let them know I had it. I was handed a bill of $25 which was to cover the work done. NOTHING was done to my unit. It was all guess work up until now. I paid the dumb bill because Chad wasn't there. I was dealing with the same RUDE service manager again. Pretty sad when coworkers think he is rude also. Anyway, I called Chad today and he gave me the run around which I was expecting. In there haste to get rid of me they put the battery in backward so when I tried to charge it I blew a couple fuses. That is being blamed on me to cause I loaded it myself on my trailer. Whatever!! PAW PAW CYCLE will never see my business and I will make it a point to tell as many people as I can. SERVICE MANAGER needs to learn some people skills.
